Bloody Mary Salad

Bloody Mary Salad

This Salad has great flavor, but the dressing makes the dish.  It’s got a Bloody Mary Vinaigrette that constructs a flavor profile that connects the whole salad.



  • 1 Cup Wild Arugula
  • 1/4 Green Pepper Diced
  • 2 Baby Bella Mushrooms (Cut into 1/8ths)
  • 1′ Slice Red Onion
  • 1/2 Stalk Celery Sliced
  • 4 -5 Kalamata Olives
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded 4 Cheese Italian Blend


  • 1/2 Can V8 Juice
  • 2 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic & Herb Mrs. Dash
  • 1 Tsp Svedka Vodka *OPTIONAL*
  • 1 Little Splash Worcestershire Sauce


  1. Chop and dice your Veggies
  2. In a bowl combine Veggies and Arugula
  3. In a separate Bowl Combine all liquid dressing ingredients except Oil
  4. Slowly stir in Oil
  5. Slowly stir in Seasonings
  6. Top your Salad with the Dressing and Shredded Cheese
