Pork Tenderloin Sliders W/ Sriracha Mayo

This sandwich is great, it combines salty lemony pork with sweet caramelized veggies and a spicy Sriracha mayo, all finished off with Monterey Jack Cheese.  The Sriracha mayo recipe is great for all kinds of other food too, so I hope you enjoy it!  My bad on the photos, I didn’t have a camera around so I just used my phone.
