Quick Easy Deviled Eggs

These deviled eggs are quick and easy, and great game day food!  For a healthier alternative, replace the mayo with soft tofu.  These Deviled Eggs are full of flavor and have a soft tender texture.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 15-20 Minutes

Servings: 12 Deviled Eggs


  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard (Regular Yellow or Spicy Brown will do)
  • 1/4 Onion Finely Diced
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  1. Get your Eggs out of the fridge and to room temperature
  2. Add 1 Tbsp Salt **not on ingredients**
  3. Heat water to a Boil in a Medium Sauce Pan
  4. Add Eggs to Water
  5. Cook 8-12 Minutes
  6. Remove from heat and set aside
  7. In another bowl combine Mayo, Mustard, 1/2 the Onion, Vinegar, and the Salt/Pepper
  8. When the Eggs have cooled down, peel them and cut them in half
  9. Scoop the yolks into the Mayo/Mustard mixture
  10. Stir to combine
  11. Fill the centers of the Eggs with the Mixture
  12. Garnish with remaining Onion and Black Pepper
  13. **OPTIONAL**  Garnish with Paprika and Parsley
