Balsamic Buffalo Chicken Wrap

This is a refreshing wrap that’s filling and doesn’t attack your waste line.

This is a delicious wrap that has a salad to satisfy your health needs, but it also has buffalo chicken in it to fill your unhealthy needs.  I’d say a wrap is about 650 calories and it will keep you full for some time without bogging you down into the dreaded mid-day food coma.


  • 1 Bag of Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 3/4 Cup of Chopped Baby Carrots
  • 8 Manzanilla Olives with Pimientos
  • 4 – 5 Frozen Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 1/4 Cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Stick of Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp McCormick’s Chicken Grill Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 Cup Thin Sliced Scallion
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Sun dried Tomato and Basil Tortilla Wraps

  • Chop up the Carrots, Olives, Scallion and Bell Peppers
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add in the chicken tenders and the seasonings/bay leaf
  • Cook for about 10 minutes and chop them to make sure they’re cooked through
  • Shred apart with 2 forks
  • Melt the butter and add the Frank’s, add more Frank’s if needed
  • Combine sauce and shredded chicken, set aside in fridge
  • Combine the veggies and salad
  • Layer the chicken, salad, then cheese
  • Top with 2 or 3 spoonfuls of the balsamic and pepper to taste
  • Roll it up and enjoy!
