5 Ingredient Pork Stir Fry

Photography by Nick Kern

My roommate had pork chops and was hungry, he also happened to build my entertainment stand. . . SOOOoooo I ended up making him this delicious stir fry.  It’s simple, and took less than 20 minutes from start to finish!  It’s also healthy with a lean pork protein and veggies.

  • 5-7 Baby Bella Mushrooms
  • 1/4 Vidalia Sweet Onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 – 3 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Lb Thin Sliced Pork Chops

  • 2 Tsp  Sea Salt
  • 2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
  • 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
