Easy Teriyaki Lobster Stir-Fry

Stir Fries are one of my favorite Culinary options.  They’re fast, they’re generally healthy depending on your sauces, and again, they’re fast.  Lobster’s not usually the first thing you think of when you think of stir fries, but it’s a great addition.  It has tender subtle flavor, and it’s important to try maintaining that when adding the sauces.

  • 1 Lobster Tail (Remove Meat from Tail)
  • 5 Button Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1/4 Onion Sliced
  • 1/4 Green Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  1. Chop Lobster into Bite Sized Pieces
  2. Heat Medium Sauce Pan or Wok to Medium High Heat
  3. Add Onion and Bell Pepper
  4. Cook until Translucent about 3-5 Minutes
  5. Add Mushrooms and Garlic
  6. Cook another 4-5 Minutes Stirring Occasionally
  7. Set Aside Veggies
  8. Add 2 Tsp Olive Oil to Pan
  9. Saute Lobster for 3-5 Minutes until Opaque
